Work Description:
1) Remove all debris such as leaves, fallen twigs, children's toys and dad's gulf balls from the roof and gutter.
2) Examine all roof penetrations such as chimneys, wall flashings, ventilation units, exhaust fans, sky lights and valleys.
3) Fasten loose shingles if needed.
4) Check exterior wall coverings, siding panels, brick, etc.
5) We will inform you 'in writing' of what all we did while on the roof.
6) We will note 'in writing' any type of problem area's found that require additional attention.
Recommended Schedule*:
1) Twice per year in a wooded area.
2) Twice per year in a high wind area.
3) Once per year if neither 1 nor 2 apply to your area.
*If your roof was installed properly, you can get a way with less frequent inspections, but your
roof and gutters still collect debris through out the year. Thusly, regular inspections are a
very important part in achieving the full life-span of your roofing system.
