Prices are determined by the size (square footage) & style (slope / pitch) of your home or small business.
Work Description:
1) Remove all debris such as leaves, fallen twigs, children's toys and dad's gulf balls from the roof and gutter.
Examine all roof/siding penetrations such as chimneys, wall flashings, ventilation units, exhaust fans, sky lights
and valleys.
2) Fasten loose shingles/siding panels, replace bad/damaged shingles, replace/repair flashing's on walls & valleys.
3) Ventialtion, assure proper ventilation has been installed and functioning properly.
4) Clean 'wash' the roof/siding if needed, even shingles with AR 'Algea Ristant' coatings in the best of conditions will begin to stain after so many years.
As will the best sidings, including vinyl.
We will inform you 'in writing' of what all we did while on the roof.

roof and gutters still collect debris through out the year. Thusly, routine maintenance is a
very important part in achieving the full life-span of your roofing system.
